Delft, 9 September 2013 –Ex-Formula-1-Driver Jan Lammers has officially unveiled the Forze VI at the former Naval Air Base Valkenburg in The Netherlands. This new hydrogen powered racecar has been designed and developed by a team of about 70 students from the Delft University of Technology. German Government Lays Out Mobility and Fuels Strategy

A new policy paper “The Mobility and Fuels Strategy of the German Government (MFS)” was published in June 2013 by the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development. This strategy demands step-by-step changes of energy sources in transport and increases in energy efficiency. Germany can become “the leading market for innovative technologies and sustainable mobility solutions, and the provider of energy-efficient products on the global market,” the paper says. .

CHIC intermediate conference: Brussels, 8 October 2013

The Clean Hydrogen in European Cities (CHIC) project is operating 55 hydrogen buses in European cities. Of these, 26 FCH buses are directly funded by European Union Joint Undertaking for Fuel Cells and Hydrogen (FCH JU). The CHIC project is contributing to a better quality of life and has now reached the halfway stage, so it’s high time to hop on a CHIC bus and experience the main outcomes!  Join us on October 8 in Brussels from 14:00 to 17:30.
