Thisedition of the World Hydrogen Energy Conference, WHEC 2012, in Toronto featured business opportunities in developing countries in many sessions throughout the conference: Ballard presented its activites in South Africa and the Far East, good old Jeremy Rifkin refered to the developing world as “the next big thing” for clean technologies, the session on regional activities featured the many actvities of the ICHET centre in Istanbul and the EHA co-organized a session on Business opportunites in emerging economies featuring HyER president Andreas Ziolek, featuring the role of regions in building robust deployment channels.
