Fuel Cells 2000 has released ‘The Business Case for Fuel Cells 2011: Energizing America’s Top Companies’, which follows on from last year’s ‘Why Top Companies are Purchasing Fuel Cells Today’. The report offers a brief introduction to fuel cells; their benefits in stationary, warehouse and backup power operations; and fuel cell financing, including power purchase agreements. It then gives concise case studies of 34 companies that have notably taken advantage of fuel cell solutions over the last year, including summaries of activities, found benefits, customer opinions, cost benefits and images of installations where available. These companies are largely retailers, warehouses and office businesses. It also includes useful appendices of fuel cell forklift deployments and fuel cells installed at retail and grocery sites in America.
