When: 1 August, 2011

Participants are invited to attend and submit a poster for the Fifth International Conference on Polymer Batteries and Fuel Cells (PBFC-5) which will be held at Argonne National Laboratory on August 1-5, 2011. PBFC, is an international bi-annual conference covering critical issues in polymer electrolyte batteries and fuel cells and alternates locations between Asia, Europe, and the United States (previous meeting sites were Korea, Italy, Las Vegas, and Japan).

This fifth in the series of conferences will focus on the topics of lithium polymer electrolytes, electrode materials for lithium polymer and lithium-air batteries, alkaline-exchange and proton-exchange membranes for fuel cells, polymer electrolyte-electrocatalyst interfaces, noble and non-noble metal electrocatalysts, and electrolyte and electrode degradation.
