The UK HFCA Parliamentary event will take place on Tuesday 25th November commencing at 6pm. It will showcase how fuel cells and hydrogen are progressing across the world, examining international examples (e.g. California and South Korea) where hydrogen and fuels see steep growth in the transport and power sectors. Hosted by the UK Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (UK HFCA) in collaboration with the Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group (PRASEG) and the All Party Parliamentary Group for Intelligent Energy (APPGIE), the debate will also highlight how policy and support are helping to stimulate growth abroad and how the UK could successfully build on this experience to grow a major new industry able to deliver against a range of Government policy objectives. Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and a networking drinks reception.
We’re working on the agenda, and so far have representatives from the California Fuel Cell Partnership and AFC Energy confirmed as speakers; we hope to be able to announce an OEM alongside these shortly. There will also be several leading fuel cell and hydrogen companies involved in the panel discussion.
