Germany keeps putting Fuel Cell micro-Cogeneration technology into households in a framework of KfW433 programme (public-private partnership), which aims to encourage early adopter uptake of this technology and promote its further industrialisation. By July 2017, already 1100 applications for private households have been filed, which should further grow to 75000 annually, including also municipalities and businesses. First installations have been already successful and participants` impressions are positive.
Germany leads the support of micro Fuel Cell technology, however new European markets are also being developed through the FCH JU PACE project.
