Honda executive vice president John Mendel said at the Washington Motor Show on Janaury 25, 2016 that the Honda Clarity FCEV sedan will cost about $60,000 and lease for “under $500 a month.” leaving final numbers to be released until closer to the Clarity’s on sale date later this year.
Unlike the Toyota Mirai and Hyundai Tucson FCEV, the Honda Clarity will be available for sale while the others can only be leased.
