The European Commission will be holding a series of hearings up till March 2011 which will take place to collect input for the elaboration of the STTP. This will involve transport operators, users, the industry, technology platforms, representatives of the research community and other stakeholders.

Participation in these hearings will be by invitation only. In addition, an internet consultation will be organised.

It will also launch a wide consultation process, actively involving stakeholders. The STTP is planned to be publish within the summer of this year.
