Anticipating the vote in the Council of the EU expected this December, DG Enterprise invited industry to discuss a draft of the implementing measures of the EU Regulation for hydrogen powered vehicles. The EU Commission is accepting further input and comments on this document by January 15, 2009 in preparation of its next meeting on January 27, 2009. The last draft is attached to this newsletter.
